MQ Technician IV – Quality Management

About the role

TE is seeking an experienced MQ Technician IV to lead quality management activities within its manufacturing environment. The role focuses on in‑process controls, defect prevention, and advanced inspection practices to support a safer, sustainable and connected world.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop the Quality Management System in line with IATF 16949 standards.
• Implement, monitor and improve the Business Operating System across the plant and related departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and legal regulations while supporting TE’s strategic goals.
• Coordinate PPAP inputs, prepare PPAP packages and manage submissions via Digi App or directly to customers.
• Support quality assurance, laboratory processes and product activities as needed.

Required profile

• Bac+2/+3 (or equivalent) in Quality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality role within the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of injection molding and assembly processes is a plus.
• Strong teamwork, communication skills and commitment to TE’s core values.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of IATF 16949 standards.
• Proficiency with statistical analysis tools.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Familiarity with PPAP processes and the Digi App platform.
