New Equipment Project Manager – Elevators

About the role

Otis is looking for dynamic New Equipment Project Managers to lead elevator installation projects across Morocco. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, from contract review to hand‑over, ensuring timely, on‑budget delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Review contracts, tender documents and specifications to define scope, timelines and commercial terms.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, resource allocations and KPIs in collaboration with sales teams.
• Coordinate labor, subcontractors, materials and equipment, monitoring progress, quality, costs and schedules.
• Manage project budgets, billing, cash‑flow and variation orders, identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, communicate progress and address concerns.
• Lead installation, testing and commissioning teams, providing technical guidance.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with quality, safety and Otis standards.
• Oversee commissioning activities, customer training and hand‑over to service departments.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing elevator or similar equipment installation projects.
• Strong understanding of contract terms, budgeting and commercial management.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech or Tangier.
