Job description

Agent de centre d'appels bilingue néerlandais-anglais, basé à El Jadida. Vous intervenez sur les appels et courriels clients, résolvez les incidents de niveau 1, et contribuez à l’amélioration continue du service. Vous devez posséder une formation MBO 4 IT/Networks, être autonome, orienté client et capable de gérer le stress.
