Job description
We are looking for an inbound Dutch-speaking service agent to join our team in Casablanca. The role involves handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting product issues, scheduling appointments, and ensuring accurate documentation. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, multitask in a fast‑paced environment, and possess strong Microsoft Office proficiency. Fluency in Dutch is essential, with basic English or French skills preferred. This is a full‑time CDI position offering competitive net salary plus bonuses.
