Nursery Administrative Assistant II

About the role

The Nursery Administrative Assistant II will support the local nursery team and facility in Sidi Bouknadel, Morocco. This full‑time position provides essential administrative, financial, and HR support to ensure smooth daily operations of the nursery.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance to monitor and process invoices, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with budget tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, employee record‑keeping, attendance, time‑keeping, leave management, and benefits administration.
• Manage general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure efficient procurement processes for necessary supplies and services.
• Act as a liaison between the Nursery Manager, supervisors, and administrative staff, scheduling meetings and providing day‑to‑day operational support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within a nursery or agricultural environment.
• Office support experience and familiarity with HR processes.
• Fluent in both French and English.
