Nutanix Engineer / Networking IT Support Engineer (Break & Fix)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Nutanix Engineer / Networking IT Support Engineer to deliver Break & Fix support for enterprise infrastructure in Morocco. This freelance, on‑call position requires diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, network and virtualization incidents while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote Break & Fix support for networking and infrastructure incidents.
• Deploy, configure and manage Nutanix HCI environments (AOS, AHV, Prism) and perform upgrades, patching and lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, virtualization and network issues, including TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP and routing.
• Implement and support backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Respond to critical incidents within agreed response times and collaborate with global and regional teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure, virtualization, networking or IT support engineering.
• Valid CCNA certification.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Nutanix ecosystem and exposure to VMware and/or Hyper‑V.
• Proven ability to provide Break & Fix support in enterprise environments.
