职位概况

我们在摩洛哥拉巴特的酒店餐饮部门招聘厨房厨师，负责食材准备、烹饪及厨房清洁，确保食品质量符合标准。

主要职责

按配方分配、切碎、称量并保存食材。
清洗、去皮并称量新鲜蔬果。
操作烤箱、炉灶、烤架、微波炉、油炸机进行烹饪。
监控食品烹饪程度并进行质量检查。
保持工作区、工具和设备的清洁消毒。

任职要求

高中或同等学历以上。
至少1年厨房相关工作经验。
遵守公司安全与卫生政策，完成相关培训。

必备技能

烤箱、炉灶、烤架、微波炉、油炸机操作技能。
食材称量、切割与保存技术。
