职位概况

负责非洲地区照明及墙壁开关产品的渠道大客户开发、维护与管理，深度挖掘客户需求，制定并执行销售策略，推动业务增长。

主要职责

开拓并维护非洲地区渠道大客户，建立关键决策人关系。
通过客户资源进行市场调研与需求分析，制定销售方案。
快速捕捉合作机会，推动项目落地。

任职要求

在当地居住或工作满3年以上，熟悉当地市场环境、渠道规则与商业习惯。
具备本地语言的沟通能力。
关联行业经验，如安防、照明、电线、电缆等。
