职位概况

负责摩洛哥新建工厂的政府关系、补贴谈判及全流程行政对接，确保项目顺利落地。

主要职责

搭建并维护当地政府及企业的关系网络。
全程负责政府补贴及投资优惠的谈判与落实。
协调新工厂建设的行政审批、合规对接及证照办理。
跨部门协同，管理项目台账和进度。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，法律、国际关系、环境工程、土木工程、公共管理或商务管理等相关专业优先。
精通法语（商务谈判母语级）或熟练阿拉伯语，具备基础英语沟通能力。
具备摩洛哥本土工业建厂的政府对接经验，曾成功争取千万迪拉姆级别补贴。
熟悉AMDIE、地方省政府、环保署、IAM管委会等审批流程及高层渠道。
