Job description

职位概况

负责汽车零部件新产品的开发、试制及量产导入，主导模具工艺验证、作业标准制定和质量改进，确保产品顺利进入大规模生产。

主要职责

组织新产品模具工艺试制、验证及样品试制，收集并解决试制过程中的问题。
编制并发布作业标准文件，进行模具验收评价和新产品试生产评审。
开展新产品量产可行性评审，提供改进建议并支持决策。
解决量产过程中的质量问题，进行现场不良改善与总结。
执行量产产品的设变及4M变更管理，落实客户设变验证及内部材料变更。
推动技术专案和VAVE提案，协助高新企业专利申请及技术文档输出。

任职要求

本科以上学历，机械、机械自动化、化工、材料等相关专业。
5年以上汽车零部件工艺工程管理经验，熟悉内外饰注塑及涂装优先。
英语可作为工作语言，能够与客户进行技术交流。
具备正直、开放、务实的职业素养。

必备技能

注塑、涂装等工艺知识。
熟练使用Office、Auto CAD、Unigraphics NX等设计软件。
熟悉APQP开发流程及VDA6.3、TS16949等汽车行业体系标准。
了解汽车行业五大手册。
