职位概况
负责生产设备的管理、调试、验收及维护，带领团队完成设备运行保障和生产线电气化设计。
主要职责
- 制定并落实班组工作计划，组织早会、月度总结。
- 新设备采购信息收集、验收、安装调试及培训。
- 统计分析设备故障，制定改进方案。
- 负责生产线电气化设计及持续改进。
- 完成工程、生产线的验收、记录归档。
- 提供现场技术支持，处理突发事件并跟踪整改。
- 参与EHS管理，监督不安全行为。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，机械设计/机电一体化相关专业。
- 3年以上设备管理工作经验。
- 具备基本的英语口头及书面交流能力。
- 正直、开放、务实，能承受工作压力。
必备技能
- 电气设备维护与运行分析。
- 设备调试、验收及采购信息管理。
- 电气专业图纸会审与修改报批。
