职位概况

负责酒店整体运营管理，涵盖前厅、客房、餐饮、娱乐等部门，确保符合品牌标准并提升财务绩效。

主要职责

制定并执行酒店运营战略，推动收入增长和成本控制。
监督销售业绩、预算执行及财务报表，管理收益目标。
领导各部门团队，提升客人满意度并处理投诉。
开展人力资源活动，确保公平公正的员工管理。
推动品牌和区域业务举措的落地。

任职要求

获认可大学的工商管理、酒店管理或相关专业两年制学位，且具4年以上相关工作经验；或四年制学士学位，具2年以上经验。
熟悉酒店前厅、客房、餐饮、收益管理等业务流程。
具备团队领导和跨部门协作能力。

必备技能

数据分析与报告解读能力。
预算与成本控制经验。
客人满意度管理与投诉处理技巧。
