职位概况

负责酒店整体运营管理，覆盖前厅、客房、餐饮、娱乐、工程等多个部门，确保品牌标准和客人满意度。

主要职责

与部门负责人共同制定并执行运营战略，提升收入和财务绩效。
监控运营销售业绩、预算执行情况，分析报告并推动改进。
领导运营团队，传达品牌服务愿景，确保跨部门协作一致。
处理客人反馈与投诉，提升客人体验。
开展人力资源活动，确保公平公正的员工管理。

任职要求

拥有工商管理、酒店管理等相关专业两年制或四年制学位。
具备2-4年酒店前厅、客房、销售、运营或相关领域工作经验。
能够制定并执行符合品牌的运营策略，具备财务分析能力。
