职位概况

负责积极招揽和处理销售机会，确保业务正常运转并达成销售目标，建立基于价值的长期客户关系。

主要职责

与酒店外部销售渠道协作，协调销售工作。
开展销售拜访、娱乐活动、FAM 旅行、展会等，促进预订。
管理并维护与新老客户关系，提升客源。
提供准确的营业额数据给宴会管理部。
执行提案、合同撰写及客户信函等运营支持。

任职要求

工商管理、营销或酒店管理等相关专业两年制学位，且具3 年销售经验；或四年制学位且具1 年经验。
了解市场趋势、竞争对手及客户需求。
具备良好的沟通与客户服务意识。

必备技能

无特定技术软件要求，需具备销售流程管理能力。
