职位概况

负责酒店工程部门的整体运营，管理建筑、设施及机械设备的维护，确保安全、合规并提升财务绩效。

主要职责

制定并执行工程运营战略，管理预算、资本支出及预防性维护计划。
监督机械、暖通空调、冷冻、电气、管道及水处理系统的日常运行。
领导应急响应团队，处理设备故障并确保消防系统完好。
管理部门成本，包括能源、照明、用水及供应商合同。
确保遵守当地法规及酒店品牌标准，维护资产保护计划。

任职要求

高中学历并具6年工程维护经验，或拥有相关专业两年制学位并具4年经验。
接受过暖通空调、冷冻、电气、管道技术培训。
具备预算编制、资本项目管理及节能管理能力。
