    Mondelez Maroc SA, a subsidiary of Mondelez International, operates in the agro‑food and consumer goods sector, producing a wide range of chocolate, biscuits, and snack products for the Moroccan market. The company’s production facilities in Casablanca are equipped with advanced manufacturing, quality, safety, and maintenance systems. The Operational Excellence Engineer will be responsible for the following key activities:

    • Continuous Improvement Leadership: Design and execute improvement projects that enhance product quality, reduce waste, and increase throughput across the production line.
    • Data‑Driven Decision Making: Collect, analyze, and interpret production data using Excel and other analytics tools to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process optimization.
    • Root‑Cause Analysis: Lead investigations into quality or safety incidents, applying tools such as fishbone diagrams, 5‑Why, and FMEA to develop corrective actions.
    • Training & Coaching: Deliver workshops and coaching sessions on CI methodologies, Lean principles, and high‑performance work systems to cross‑functional teams.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality, safety, and maintenance managers to align improvement initiatives with corporate objectives.
    • Maintain detailed project documentation, progress reports, and KPI dashboards to track performance improvements.

    The ideal candidate will possess 3‑5 years of experience in continuous improvement, strong facilitation and communication skills, and a proven track record of applying Lean and TPM tools in a manufacturing environment. A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five years of education (Bac +5) is required, along with proficiency in Excel and data analytics. The role is full‑time and on‑site (OS) with no remote work option. Interested applicants should submit their application by March 16, 2026.
