Operations Agent – Excursions

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Operations Agent to join our dynamic team in Morocco. You will play a key part in the daily execution of transfers and excursions, ensuring smooth booking processes and high service quality for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations for transfers and excursions, including booking follow‑up, stop‑sale management, allotment control and handling special requests.
• Insert contracts into the internal system and maintain accurate records.
• Manage and control transfer services in Morocco, acting as the main liaison with providers.
• Oversee service quality and act as the primary point of contact for providers, suppliers and incoming agencies.
• Handle claims, incidents and coordinate prioritisation of client requests.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in English and Moroccan (Arabic/French) languages.
• Flexibility to work weekends and varied hours to support operations.
• Desirable: previous experience in a similar role and a valid driving licence.
