Operations Agent – Transfer Operations

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Operations Agent to manage daily transfer operations for MTS Globe in Morocco. The role ensures smooth coordination between providers, internal teams and clients, maintaining high service quality and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and manage daily transfers, including routes between Agadir and Marrakech.
• Enter transfers manually into the TKO system and verify data accuracy.
• Import and process excursion and transfer error reports from the inbox.
• Close weekly groupings for RAK and AGA and monitor monthly kilometre reports for the provider New Prestige.
• Respond to emails and handle phone calls from guests and tour operators daily.
• Provide information to the complaints department and collaborate with finance to recalculate grouping errors.
• Track GPS data for J2holidays transfers and act as the primary contact for providers, suppliers and inbound agencies.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in English and Moroccan Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work weekends and varied hours to support operations.
• Driving licence preferred.
