Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to deliver first‑class customer service and ensure smooth coordination across marine centers, ports, and third‑party suppliers. You will work closely with commercial client owners and global Maersk LNS offices to align service delivery and drive efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate communication with marine centers.
• Manage relationships with husbandry agents, port operators and authorities.
• Monitor terminals and agents to reduce idle time and improve berth/crane productivity.
• Coordinate short‑shipment cases and special cargo operations with terminal authorities.
• Consolidate accurate discharge/load data and generate reports.
• Receive and control export documents from shippers.
• Handle empty evacuation program lists and forward them to local customs.
• Prepare documentation and follow up on port authority refunds for vessel dues.
• Deliver second seals to customers when required and coordinate recharging.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of logistics.

• Strong understanding of operational processes.
