Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Operations Coordinator to support our international import‑export activities from our Casablanca office. The role involves coordinating daily operations, managing purchase and sales orders, and ensuring smooth communication between suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on purchase orders with international suppliers and coordinate sales orders to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor order status, quantities, prices, delivery deadlines and communicate updates in English.
• Coordinate international shipments with freight forwarders, shipping lines and customs brokers, handling all required documents.
• Monitor stock levels, incoming and outgoing shipments, and work with the warehouse team to maintain accurate records.
• Maintain operational tracking files, prepare regular reports, and follow up on invoices and payments with finance.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory).
• Previous experience in operations, import‑export, logistics or international trade.
• Strong organizational, communication and follow‑up abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work independently.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
