About the role

Stairway is seeking an Operations Manager to ensure the smooth delivery of its academic programs for Moroccan students. You will coordinate classes, manage tutors, communicate with parents, and support renewals, all while maintaining a high‑quality student experience.

Key responsibilities

Organise class schedules, student groups, and logistics; ensure classes start on time and run smoothly.
Assign appropriate tutors to each group, monitor tutor performance, and support hiring and onboarding of new tutors.
Track student attendance, engagement, progress, and provide follow‑up on recordings and materials.
Communicate regularly with parents about student progress, attendance, and upcoming steps.
Handle renewal follow‑up, retention activities, and occasional sales‑related calls.

Required profile

Highly organised with strong follow‑up abilities.
Excellent communication skills with students, parents, and tutors.
Committed to delivering an outstanding student experience.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, education‑focused environment.
