Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead plant operational areas, develop and implement manufacturing processes, and achieve plant targets in line with KPI and regional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop direct reports, participating in plant management to drive overall plant performance.
• Manage SRS, Molding and HV Production activities, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, legal regulations, and customer quality expectations.
• Allocate resources across Production, Mechanical Engineering, Program Management and Maintenance to balance short‑term and long‑term goals.
• Define and implement the site Lean strategy, ensuring lean tools and standards are applied daily.
• Control monthly KPIs, initiate improvement measures for quality, on‑time delivery, safety, cost and people management.
• Prepare the annual budget for the business line and achieve targeted turnover and operating income.

Required profile

• Degree in engineering or economics, fluent English; MBA preferred.
• 5‑10 years of management experience in a multinational automotive environment.
• Open communicator, inspires others, takes initiative, capable of coaching and mentoring while leading by example.
