Operations Manager – Logistics & Supply Chain

About the role

The Operations Manager will ensure a smooth ordering and delivery process for strategic partners by optimizing shipments, logistics activities, and related administrative procedures. This role combines hands‑on logistics management with team leadership and continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, manage and accelerate the sales pipeline by market segment.
• Oversee daily order processing and guarantee timely delivery within agreed lead times.
• Handle RMA processes and coordinate insurance claim documentation with finance and reinsurers.
• Collaborate with CRM and logistics teams on invoicing, deliveries, and freight management.
• Study shipment routing, consolidate freight, analyze costs and optimize delivery terms.
• Track shipments, update customers, and maintain accurate logistics information.
• Ensure high‑quality CRM data for reporting and customer‑satisfaction improvement.
• Lead, coach and develop the operations team, conduct performance reviews and plan succession.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 5‑10 years of relevant experience in logistics, stock management, customs, or similar operations.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end logistics processes and drive operational efficiency.
