Operations Manager – Tourism & Hospitality

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead daily tourism and hospitality activities, ensuring seamless guest experiences and high service standards. This role combines team leadership, logistics coordination, and performance monitoring to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operational activities and tourism experiences.
• Coordinate between departments, vendors, transportation, and activity providers.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and enforce service quality standards.
• Monitor operational performance, implement improvements, and control costs.
• Manage staffing schedules, manpower planning, and operational readiness.
• Handle guest escalations and operational challenges professionally.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and operational procedures.
• Conduct team training, briefings, and prepare performance reports.
• Support business development and tourism growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑4 years of experience in tourism, hospitality, or operations management.
• Previous work in tourism destinations, DMCs, resorts, or hospitality projects.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience managing operational teams and guest experiences.
• Knowledge of tourism operations and hospitality standards.
• Arabic, English, or French language skills are preferred.
