Operations Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to oversee our express and domestic delivery operations. The role ensures efficient workflow, safety, and compliance with company standards while leading a team of operations personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate and manage a team of operations staff to meet departmental goals.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance reviews for direct reports.
• Ensure safe work practices and adherence to company policies.
• Plan and adjust team schedules and staffing levels for optimal efficiency.
• Manage company vehicles, route optimization, and delivery logistics.
• Oversee cash handling procedures, including cash‑on‑delivery transactions.
• Facilitate clear internal and external communication and collaborate with other departments.
• Monitor performance data, identify risks, and prepare performance reports.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in partnership with customer service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within an operations environment.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate teams and enforce operational standards.
