Order Scheduler

About the role

The Order Scheduler will support daily order releasing as defined in the Master Production Plan, ensuring alignment with commercial and industrial constraints. The role involves coordinating carlines, preparing for new system deployment, and supporting change management.

Key responsibilities

• Plan orders for each carline/cluster, respecting commercial and industrial constraints.
• Prepare for transition to the new Order Scheduling System (OSS) and identify pain points.
• Implement and follow up on actions to resolve identified issues.
• Facilitate communication between commercial and industrial communities.
• Provide operational technical support during new system deployment.

Required profile

• Master's degree in logistics.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in automotive project management, especially in planning and range modifications.
• Deep understanding of automotive production processes.
• Strong ability to quickly learn new vehicle ranges and client distribution systems.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English for international interactions.

• Advanced Excel and Office automation tools.
