Order to Cash Associate – France Market (On-site, Rabat)

About the role

Join HCLTech's Order to Cash team in Rabat and support the France market. You will ensure smooth processing of orders, billing, and cash collection while maintaining high accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle partner and customer queries related to orders, billing, and cash collection.
• Perform master data management and back‑office tasks in the order management system.
• Coordinate dispute resolution and support query escalation.
• Attend meetings, deliver training to new team members, and create/update process documentation.
• Provide audit evidence, ensure backup coverage, and comply with business controls, quality, security, and organizational policies.

Required profile

• Junior professional with 1‑3 years of experience in a similar Order to Cash or Accounts Receivable role.
• Resilient under pressure, analytical, and strong numerical abilities.
• Proactive internal communication and collaborative teamwork.
• Ability to work autonomously, respect schedules, and follow manager guidance.

Required skills

• Proficiency in order management systems.
• Computer literacy in MS Office and a customized ERP system.
• Fluent French and good command of English.
