Order to Cash Specialist – Canadian Project

About the role

HCLTech is looking for an Order to Cash Specialist to join its Canadian project team based in Morocco. You will support the end‑to‑end OTC process, ensuring contracts, billing, and customer interactions are accurate and timely, which directly impacts client satisfaction and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Set up contracts with correct attributes and maintain accurate customer records.
• Perform billing activities and ensure invoices reflect agreed terms.
• Manage disputes and provide proactive customer care.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions and share best practices.
• Create and update process documentation and provide backup coverage for teammates.
• Escalate operational issues promptly to the team leader or manager.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with less than one year of experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
• Good command of English and proficiency in French for internal and external communication.
• Willingness to follow manager guidance, attend trainings and pass assessments.
