Outbound Sales Development Representative

About the role

Plutus21 Partners is looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to target accounts, identifying decision‑makers, and scheduling discovery meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect into an assigned new‑logo account list to identify contacts who may need our solutions.
• Diagnose clients' compliance challenges and propose how our offerings can help.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key buying personas and secure commitment for deeper discussions with a sales representative.
• Schedule discovery meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team that lead to closed‑won business.
• Collaborate with sales representatives on call and email campaigns within targeted accounts.
• Gather and document market intelligence on competitive solutions used by prospect accounts.
• Implement outbound prospecting campaigns created by Marketing, Product, and Commercial Leadership.
• Document engagement activity within Salesforce.com.

Required profile

• 5+ years of successful sales prospecting or business development experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Consistently achieved monthly, quarterly, and annual prospecting and lead‑generation goals in a high‑growth environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation abilities.
• Exceptional self‑management, time‑management, and organizational skills.
• Continuous learner eager to master new industry knowledge and technical product suites.
