P2P Accounts Payable Analyst / Junior Analyst

About the role

Swissport Business Services Morocco is looking for a P2P Accounts Payable Analyst to join its Procure‑to‑Pay team. Reporting to the Manager P2P, you will be responsible for processing invoices for English‑speaking countries, ensuring timely payments and supporting continuous improvement of AP processes.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, investigate, and post incoming invoices with or without purchase orders.
• Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Handle requests and inquiries via email, phone, or other channels in English.
• Interact with local requisitioners, invoice approvers, finance teams, and vendors.
• Process and resolve vendor inquiries, escalating when necessary.
• Identify and communicate potential issues to the team leader.
• Apply Procure‑to‑Pay policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Contribute ideas for process improvement and implement quality projects.
• Maintain positive relationships with Business Services teams and local stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education; university degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting is desirable.
• 1‑4+ years of experience in accounting or related roles (preferred).
• Understanding of the full Procure‑to‑Pay process and AP regulations (preferred).
• Experience in a Shared Service Centre or Business Services environment (preferred).
• Customer‑oriented, able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
