Paid Internship — Communications, Social Media & Executive Assistant

About the role

DeepLeaf is looking for a Communications, Social Media & Executive Assistant Intern to support its leadership team and amplify its brand. You will help shape the company’s online presence, create clear messaging, and keep daily operations running smoothly in a fast‑moving agritech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, write, and schedule content across social media channels, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
• Draft posts, newsletters, presentation decks, and public announcements.
• Provide executive assistance: manage calendars, inboxes, meeting preparation, notes, and travel logistics.
• Coordinate partners, tasks, and records to keep projects on track.
• Represent DeepLeaf at meetings, events, and trips, including occasional travel.

Required profile

• Exceptional written and spoken English.
• Fast learner who can quickly master new tools and topics.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable using social media and content creation tools.
• Willing and able to travel abroad; travel costs and visa support are provided.
• Bonus: design sense (Canva/Figma), video editing experience, or a second language such as French, Arabic/Darija.
