Paid Media Manager – Ecommerce

About the role

Arrow’s Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) is seeking a Paid Media Manager to lead ecommerce advertising across multiple platforms. You will develop and optimise campaigns for technology products, software solutions, and IT services, driving growth and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid advertising strategies on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads and other channels.
• Manage budgets, monitor ROAS and optimise campaigns to maximise performance.
• Plan, launch, monitor and optimise ecommerce campaigns for technology products and services.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis and market trend monitoring.
• Create and test ad creatives, landing pages and messaging to improve conversion rates.
• Implement A/B testing for ads, audiences and conversion funnels.
• Collaborate with design, content, sales and product teams to align initiatives.
• Track KPIs such as CPA, CAC, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS and revenue.
• Manage remarketing and customer retention campaigns and generate regular performance reports.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience managing ecommerce advertising campaigns.
• Experience marketing IT products, SaaS solutions, cloud services or technology hardware.
• Relevant certifications such as Google Ads, Meta Blueprint or similar.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

• Ecommerce platforms: Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento or similar.
• CRM and marketing automation platforms.
