Paid Social Specialist

About the role

As a Paid Social Specialist embedded within a European client’s in‑house team, you will own the end‑to‑end paid‑social function. You will turn ad spend into a profitable, scalable channel for B2B SaaS scale‑ups or B2C/DTC brands, working closely with the client’s marketing manager.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and scale paid‑social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and emerging platforms such as Reddit and Pinterest.
• Design and execute structured creative‑testing cycles with the design team, using data to identify winning angles.
• Develop audience targeting and retargeting strategies across multiple markets and languages.
• Allocate budgets, continuously optimise for ROAS, CPA, CTR and CPM, and report performance clearly.
• Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to increase efficiency and output quality.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience managing paid‑social campaigns at scale.
• Hands‑on expertise with Meta Ads and at least one of TikTok Ads or LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong analytical mindset with deep knowledge of ROAS, CPA, CTR and CPM metrics.
• Ability to work autonomously while aligning with the client’s marketing direction.
