Paid Social Specialist – Scale Campaigns for European Brands

About the role

Mera Talent is looking for a Paid Social Specialist to join a European client’s in‑house team on a long‑term basis. You will own the full paid‑social funnel, from strategy and audience building to creative testing and budget scaling, driving profitable growth across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest and emerging platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and optimise paid‑social campaigns across multiple platforms, covering awareness to conversion.
• Design and execute structured creative testing cycles in partnership with the design team.
• Develop audience targeting and retargeting strategies for diverse markets and languages.
• Allocate and scale budgets continuously, focusing on ROAS, CPA, CTR and CPM.
• Report performance clearly and translate attribution data into actionable next steps.
• Integrate AI‑driven tools into daily workflow to improve speed and quality of campaign execution.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience managing paid‑social campaigns at scale.
• Hands‑on expertise with Meta Ads and at least one of TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit or Pinterest.
• Strong command of performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR and CPM.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a client’s marketing manager.
• Curiosity about AI applications in marketing and a willingness to adopt new tools.
