Part-time Coach (Behavioral & Professional Development)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Coach to join our teams at the Fquih Ben Salah site. You will work on‑site, supporting employees in developing both behavioral and professional competencies through individual and group coaching sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver individual and collective coaching sessions to enhance skills and performance.
• Assist in designing and implementing development programmes aligned with organisational goals.
• Identify coaching needs, define action plans and monitor progress.
• Collaborate closely with operational and HR teams to boost motivation, cohesion and adherence to JIBAL’s values.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality within an industrial or agri‑food environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in individual and group coaching, change management and behavioural skill development.
• Strong interpersonal communication, active listening, group facilitation and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Basic understanding of industrial or agri‑food settings and related safety/quality concerns.
• Ability to design, track and evaluate development plans, set objectives and measure outcomes.
• Self‑organised, autonomous, collaborative mindset aligned with values of modesty, agility and family spirit.
• Relevant training in coaching, psychology, management or a similar field.
• Fluent in French and Arabic for conducting sessions and preparing reports.
