Foundever (formerly Sitel Group) is hiring 16 part-time Customer Support Specialists in Rabat to support Nespresso, a leading premium coffee brand. The work is on night shifts and suits people looking for extra income or part-time work while balancing studies and personal life.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone and email.
• Resolve customer issues and provide excellent service.
• Update customer information and keep accurate records.
• Help create a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centers, sales, telesales or lead generation is required.
• Comfortable working night shifts and maintaining a high level of service throughout the shift.
• Customer-oriented, with strong listening, problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Able to represent a premium brand professionally in a structured, international environment.

Required skills

• Comfortable working with CRM systems, digital platforms and multiple tools at once.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
