Parts & Service Manager – Casablanca

About the role

The Parts & Service Manager will lead the service team at BAUER Equipment Maghreb in Casablanca, ensuring high‑quality technical support and customer satisfaction for construction and industrial machinery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of the service team to deliver excellent technical support.
• Liaise with customers, sales, logistics and technical teams to plan, schedule and monitor service interventions and preventive maintenance.
• Promote and develop sales of spare parts, drilling tools and service solutions, including quotation preparation and follow‑up.
• Act as the primary point of contact for after‑sales support, resolving technical issues and complaints.
• Monitor service and parts performance, support inventory planning and ensure compliance with BAUER service standards and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Professional experience in after‑sales service, spare‑parts sales or technical support, preferably in construction equipment or industrial machinery.
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Leadership, communication and organisational skills with a customer‑oriented, commercially driven approach.
• Fluent in Arabic, French and English, both spoken and written.
