Payroll Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous Payroll Accountant to join our finance team. You will ensure that employee salaries are processed accurately and on time while supporting a range of payroll‑related activities.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate employee salaries accurately and ensure timely payments.
• Prepare and submit statutory payroll declarations.
• Issue employer certificates and settle business‑trip reimbursements.
• Calculate and manage commuting allowances and cafeteria benefits.
• Record bank account details for payroll processing.
• Handle onboarding of new hires and off‑boarding of departing employees.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Hungarian.
• Secondary vocational qualification.
• At least 3 years of relevant payroll experience.
• Current knowledge of labour and tax legislation.
• Strong computer literacy.
• High accuracy, precision and reliability.
• Problem‑solving ability and good communication skills.
• Excellent priority‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Nexon payroll system (advantage).
