Payroll and Reporting Supervisor

About the role

Yazaki is seeking a Payroll and Reporting Supervisor to lead the payroll function at its Kenitra plant. You will ensure accurate, timely payroll processing while providing insightful reporting to support business decisions. This position combines operational oversight with analytical reporting in a dynamic automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate monthly payroll processing, guaranteeing accuracy and on‑time payment.
• Review payroll data including salaries, overtime, allowances, bonuses, deductions, and statutory contributions.
• Validate payroll changes such as new hires, promotions, transfers, salary adjustments, and terminations.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to ensure correct payroll inputs and reconciliation.
• Prepare and analyse payroll, headcount, labor cost, and HR metric reports.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to improve data visibility for budgeting, forecasting and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements and evolving labor, tax and social security regulations.
• Lead and develop the payroll and reporting team, driving process improvements and efficiency.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll services.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Experience with Sage payroll software.
