Payroll Specialist – AGIRH System

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Payroll Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The role focuses on processing monthly payroll using the AGIRH system and ensuring full compliance with local labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and process the monthly payroll cycle through the AGIRH platform.
• Validate attendance, overtime, bonuses, and deductions for accuracy.
• Prepare, review, and submit payroll reports before payment execution.
• Ensure compliance with legal and social security regulations, including CNSS and CIMR declarations.
• Maintain employee payroll records and coordinate with HR, Finance, and other departments.
• Respond to employee payroll queries and provide timely support.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in automotive or industrial environments.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
• Fluent reading and writing in English.
• Based in the Oriental region.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the AGIRH payroll system.
• General knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Good understanding of labor law and payroll regulations.
