People & Culture Manager – Hotel

About the role

We are seeking a People & Culture Manager to join our vibrant hotel team in Tétouan. The role combines strategic HR leadership with a focus on creating a positive workplace culture and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of the Human Resources department, managing all areas of responsibility to the highest standards.
• Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with hotel targets and support team growth, performance, and development.
• Manage the HR budget and training plan, collaborating with management to evaluate team performance.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, reviewing resourcing, compensation, training, and succession plans.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and best‑practice activities, preparing documentation for internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent leadership skills with a hands‑on, lead‑by‑example style.
