People & Culture Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Pullman Bouskoura is seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager to lead the hotel’s human resources agenda. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will partner with the Executive Committee and department heads to foster an inclusive, high‑performing workplace that reflects Pullman and Accor’s premium standards.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR advisor to senior leaders and staff, promoting a collaborative and modern work environment.
• Design and execute premium recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes to ensure a seamless candidate and employee journey.
• Drive talent development programs, training initiatives, succession planning, and regional career progression within the Accor network.
• Shape and embed Pullman’s brand culture, championing diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing aligned with the hotel’s green ethos.
• Oversee payroll administration, HR reporting, and ensure strict compliance with Moroccan labor law and Accor internal standards.
• Support performance management, handle employee relations, and facilitate constructive dialogue with staff representatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Manager, People & Culture Manager, or HR Business Partner, preferably in a 5‑star hotel or premium service environment.
• Deep knowledge of Moroccan labor law and local payroll practices.
• Full professional proficiency in French and English; Arabic fluency highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and a results‑oriented mindset.
