People & Culture Manager – Pullman Bouskoura. At Pullman Bouskoura, people are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic manager to lead the hotel’s human‑resources agenda and bring a vibrant, performance‑driven culture to life.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted People & Culture advisor to leaders, fostering a collaborative and modern work environment.
• Lead premium recruitment, onboarding and induction strategies to ensure an exceptional candidate and employee journey.
• Drive high‑potential talent development, training initiatives and succession planning across the Accor network.
• Shape and embed Pullman brand culture, championing diversity, equity, inclusion and workplace wellbeing.
• Ensure accurate payroll administration, HR reporting and strict compliance with Moroccan labour law and Accor standards.
• Support performance management, manage employee relations constructively and promote positive social dialogue.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Manager, People & Culture Manager or HR Business Partner, preferably in a 5‑star hotel or premium service environment.
• Deep knowledge of Moroccan labour law and local payroll practices.
• Full professional proficiency in French and English; Arabic fluency highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Passion for developing people in a premium resort and wellness‑oriented destination.
