People Development Partner

About the role

Atos is seeking a People Development Partner to join its HR team. In this role you will support recruitment, training, career development and performance management initiatives, helping to shape talent growth strategies across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes to attract and select top talent.
• Design, coordinate and monitor training and development programmes.
• Support career management initiatives, including mobility and succession planning.
• Drive performance management processes, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
• Partner with managers to identify development needs and build tailored action plans.
• Lead and coordinate internal communication initiatives related to People Development programmes.
• Develop creative employee‑engagement and internal communication initiatives to strengthen culture.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR development tools, focusing on innovative and AI‑driven solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR development or talent management role.
