People Manager

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented people‑focused professional looking for their next challenge in a fast‑paced, high‑growth tech start‑up. You will help take People operations to the next level by scaling talent acquisition, learning & development, and overall people agenda while working closely with teams across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure inyad is an excellent place for everyone to work and develop.
• Set and execute Talent Acquisition plans and Employer Branding strategy.
• Assist with recruiting: prepare job descriptions, post on job boards, arrange interviews.
• Onboard and support new hires, providing tools and environment for success.
• Serve as a trusted HR resource, handling day‑to‑day employee queries and ad‑hoc requests.
• Provide administrative support to the Executive Team (research, document editing, meeting scheduling).
• Work with managers to develop career progression and personal development roadmaps.
• Track, analyze, and improve employee satisfaction, retention, time‑to‑hire and offer‑to‑hire rates.
• Manage external suppliers such as recruiter partners and benefits providers.
• Plan and execute fun, culture‑reflecting company events.
• Own Learning & Development agenda, source materials and set repeatable processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in People/Talent roles.
• People‑generalist background with exposure to multiple talent functions and knowledge of employment law.
• Proven delivery in People Operations (employee relations, performance management, coaching, program development).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Experience managing third‑party relationships.
• Strong interpersonal skills, trustworthy, organized and detail‑oriented.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with high energy and urgency.
