Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

You will be embedded in a European client’s in‑house team to own acquisition across paid social, paid search, landing pages and conversion data. You turn ad spend into a profitable, scalable revenue source for B2B SaaS scale‑ups or B2C/DTC brands.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and scale campaigns on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) from awareness to conversion.
• Own budgets, creative angles and audience targeting while ensuring campaigns are structurally profitable.
• Optimise landing, product and checkout pages, recover lost conversion and run continuous A/B tests.
• Set clear KPIs (ROAS, CAC, CPA, AOV, LTV) and use GA4 as a strategic compass, not just a reporting tool.
• Maintain clean conversion tracking with GTM and GA4.
• Incorporate AI tools into daily workflow to improve efficiency and output.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in performance or growth marketing with a data‑driven mindset.
• Ability to own numbers, test hypotheses and iterate based on results.
• Comfort working closely with a client’s marketing manager and taking full responsibility for channel performance.
• Curiosity about AI advancements and willingness to integrate them into marketing processes.
