Philanthropy Coordinator – Marrakech

About the role

Abercrombie & Kent Philanthropy is looking for a motivated Philanthropy Coordinator to lead and support its community‑focused projects across Morocco. Based in Marrakech, you will work closely with local communities, partner organisations and the A&K team to deliver sustainable initiatives in education, conservation, healthcare and community development.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities of multiple philanthropic projects.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with community stakeholders and partner organisations.
• Monitor project progress, prepare budgets, and produce regular reports.
• Support guest visits to project sites and represent AKP in external engagements.
• Travel frequently throughout project areas to ensure effective implementation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating NGO or community development projects.
• Diploma in Community Development, Tourism, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong project coordination and budgeting abilities.
• Passion for community engagement and sustainable tourism.
