Phone Sales Representative

About the role

This full‑time Phone Sales position is based on‑site in the Maarif area of Casablanca. You will use outbound and inbound calls to present elevator products and services, qualify prospects, and arrange appointments for the field sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries, explaining product features and benefits.
• Qualify leads, handle objections, and schedule appointments for field sales colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the Odoo CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and customer‑service teams to achieve individual and team targets.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely documentation of all activities.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in phone‑based sales or telemarketing.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or business is a plus.
• Fluent in French and Arabic, with basic English proficiency.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and work reliably on‑site.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Odoo CRM or similar customer‑relationship tools.
• Experience using call‑management systems.
• Competence in standard office software (email, spreadsheets, word processing).

• Base salary between 5,000 MAD and 7,000 MAD per month.
