Job description

Planificateur d'interventions techniques IT chez Genius Services à Casablanca. Vous assurerez la planification, la coordination et le dispatching des interventions terrain pour les techniciens en dépannage informatique (PC, serveurs, imprimantes). Vous évaluerez les urgences, prioriserez les tickets, affecterez les techniciens selon compétences et zone, et suivrez les interventions via le système de ticketing. Vous communiquerez avec les équipes internes, reporterez les incidents critiques et garantirez le respect des SLA. CDI, formation initiale rémunérée, mutuelle privée, salaire net à partir de 4500 MAD + primes.
