Plant Financial Controller

About the role

The Plant Financial Controller will support financial performance monitoring, reporting, and decision‑making for a dynamic organization in Tangier. Working closely with Finance, Operations, and Management teams, the role focuses on cost control, financial analysis, and continuous improvement of financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and periodic financial reporting.
• Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts, providing actionable insights.
• Monitor costs and support cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Participate in monthly and annual closing activities in coordination with Accounting teams.
• Support operational teams with financial analysis and performance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and financial policies.
• Contribute to the improvement and standardization of financial processes and reporting.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Controlling or Management Control.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial reporting tools and dashboard creation.
